2. We deliver your work

We complete the agreed shoot, deliver the agreed files or connected tour submission, and document the completion milestone. Third-party Google publication depends on its own requirements.

3. Final invoice & reminders

Once work is completed, we send the balance invoice, normally payable within five calendar days. If unpaid, reminders may be sent through Stripe.

4. Saved-card payment is optional

For a later automatic charge, we request a separate authorization for this booking and a maximum amount. Only a verified completed job, an itemized statement and 48-hour notice make a charge eligible; cancellation or genuine dispute pauses it.

Booking deposit: A $25 CAD booking fee/deposit is intended for each appointment, credited toward your service total, not added on top. Important: the live Calendly payment settings have not been verified as $25. The Calendly checkout will display the actual amount before you pay; it must be separately verified as CAD $25. If it is not what you expected, please do not pay; contact us to confirm.
After your appointment: We issue an itemized invoice for the agreed remaining balance after documented completion/delivery, normally due in 5 calendar days. We will send a secure payment link. An automatic charge is not active and would require a separate, explicit authorization and saved-card setup. See payment policy and cancellations/quality policy.
Illustrative base balance: $225 after the intended $25 deposit (before any applicable taxes or approved extras).

This acknowledgement is for service-booking terms only; it does not authorize off-session card charges or optional marketing. Your final checkout is on Calendly, where the actual deposit amount must be reviewed.

Appointments and payments are completed on Calendly. The amount charged at checkout—not a description on this website—controls. Never pay a second standalone Stripe deposit for the same booking.

Is the 360° tour directly on Google Maps?

We capture real full-spherical viewpoints and submit eligible connected panoramas through a supported publishing workflow to Google Street View. Publication and navigation are subject to Google's requirements and review. We also provide the public link when available.

Do I need Matterport or a 3D dollhouse?

No. A connected Google Street View tour is all you need for the outside-to-inside 360° experience we primarily offer. Matterport's separate 3D dollhouse is not a requirement or included in the core package.

Can you keep our Google Maps photos and offers updated?

Yes, with authorized Google Business Profile manager access and an agreed monthly scope. Real product photographs, posts, events and offers can be updated; Google determines which photos to display most prominently.

Can you guarantee that our photos appear first on Google?

No service can guarantee Google's chosen lead image or rankings. Our focus is on credible, excellent photography, accurate business information and verifiable published work.

Is the booking payment $25?

Our intended booking fee/deposit is CAD $25, credited toward the agreed service price. After completion an itemized invoice for the remaining balance is normally due within five calendar days; no off-session credit-card charge is authorized solely by booking. Existing Calendly payment configurations must be checked and updated before this can be promised. The actual total is displayed by Calendly before you authorize payment; stop and email us if it differs from what you expected. Do not make a second separate deposit.

Are the photos shown actual completed projects?

Conceptual imagery on this page is illustrative, not a customer portfolio. Visit our linked public Google Maps contributor profiles for real independent photography. Client examples will be published only with permission.

Can I book a larger property or request a custom scope?

Yes. Email our team with the full location, requested coverage and dates for a written custom quote. Final deliverables, extra travel and taxes are agreed before work begins.
